The Avoca Borough now has the ability to accept credit cards for payments of the Refuse Fee. Payments can be taken at the Borough Building and there is a 3% fee associated with the transaction. Therese WRUBEL will be in the office Tuesdays 9:30am to 11:30am and the Borough Office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm.
