This is an important notification from Pennsylvania American Water. Pennsylvania American Water contractor Kentrel, Inc. will be working in your area beginning January 16th until March 31st to upgrade meter reading devices attached to the outside of your home. Contractors will not need access inside your home to complete this work; all work will be performed outside your home where the meter reading node connects to your home. You do not need to be present when the work is performed. As a reminder, all Pennsylvania American Water contractors will carry official company photo I.D. badges and wear logoed, high visibility vests.
