Refuse Payments have now increased to $275.00 for the 2025 Year. After April 30, 2025 the fee will increase to $300.00. After June 30, 2025 the fee will be $350.00.
Refuse postcards are out and payments can be mailed or dropped off at the Borough Building – 950 Main Street, Avoca or to Therese WRUBEL at 129 Factory Street, Avoca.
Credit Card payments are accepted at the Borough Building. There is a 3% fee associated with the transaction.
