Reminding all that REFUSE payments for the base fee($250.00) are due by February 28, 2025. The fee, plus penalties will begin on March 1, 2025.
Refuse postcards are out and payments can be mailed or dropped off at the Borough Building – 950 Main Street, Avoca or to Therese WRUBEL at 129 Factory Street, Avoca.
Credit Card payments are accepted at the Borough Building. There is a 3% fee associated with the transaction.
