Reminding all residents that Avoca does have a Driveway Ordinance and owners are required to obtain a driveway permit prior to work starting on your property. The permit must be filled out and submitted to the Borough. The permit is then reviewed by Council and the Borough Engineer. There is a $110.00 fee associated with the permit.
