The Luzerne County Zoning Hearing Board granted a request for a continuance for a Special Exception to operate a construction and demolition solid waste transfer station, construct a structure and subdivide to create a 5-acre parcel located off Pittston Ave in a (LI) Light Industrial District in Avoca Borough.
The public meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 6:00pm in the 2nd Floor Jury Meeting Room of the County Courthouse, Wilkes-Barre, PA
